With over 30 years' experience in the energy sector, she has been an executive at companies such as Enel, Alstom/GE and EDP, as well as an advisor to the Brazilian Wind Energy Association (Abeeólica) for 13 years and project coordinator at the Ministry of Mines and Energy. She has also been a researcher at FGV Ceri, the University of Oldenburg (Germany), Imperial College London and CIRED Paris. She is an electrical engineer, holds a master's and doctorate in energy from the University of São Paulo, is a member of the United Nations Council of Engineers for the Energy Transition (CEET) and is a voluntary lecturer on various university courses (Poli, IEE and Geography).

Clauber Leite
He leads the organization's technical team, always aiming to guarantee the quality of the projects developed. Previously, he worked as a coordinator at the Pólis Institute and the Brazilian Institute for Consumer Protection (Idec), among other positions in the energy sector and the third sector. An environmental and occupational safety engineer from Faculdades Osvaldo Cruz, he specializes in renewable energy and energy efficiency, holds a master's degree in energy and a doctorate in sustainability from the University of São Paulo.

Stefania Relva
She has a degree in civil engineering from Unicamp and a master's and doctorate in science from the Department of Energy Engineering and Electrical Automation at USP's Polytechnic School, where she works as an associate researcher and guest professor. She is one of the editors of the book Energy Transition in Brazil (Springer Publishing 2023). At E+, she works on decarbonizing the industry, developing the hydrogen market and maintaining the renewability of the Brazilian electricity matrix.

Marcelino Santos
Marcelino Santos has built a career in Management and Finance in international and national third sector organizations, having worked in organizations such as Heinrich Boll Stiftung, Amnesty International Brazil, and Save the Children Sweden. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management with a focus on Information Systems from Universidade Federal Fluminense and a degree in Accounting from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. He is also a member of the Audit Board of ActionAid Brasil and the Burle Marx Institute. He is a fan of debate and mentoring on how to leverage and professionalize management and finances in the third sector, especially for NGOs and professionals without access to tools that promote improvements and organizational transparency.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Bahia (UFB) and a master's degree in Energy from the University of São Paulo (USP), at E+ he mainly carries out research and analysis on the conditions of the Brazilian electricity sector and the energy transition. He worked as an energy specialist for the Bahia Environment Secretariat and was a research assistant at UFB and USP.

She conducts research and contributes to the development of E+ technical studies. She has a degree in Meteorology from the Federal University of Itajubá (Unifei), where she also completed her master's degree in Energy Engineering. Her research focuses on the intersection between energy and the environment. She has experience in the areas of climate change and renewable energies.

He is a doctoral candidate at INPE and holds a master's degree in Environmental Science from USP. With a bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, he works as a consultant and specialist in Transition to Sustainability. He is a member of laboratories and research groups such as LADIS/INPE, UNSEEL and PLANGEA/USP, and founder of the company “Terrestrial: Strategies for the Anthropocene”. Philipp Hauser
Philipp is president of the deliberative council of the E+ Energy Transition Institute. He holds master's degrees in Chemistry and Business Administration, with a specialization in Environmental Finance. With more than 20 years' experience in developing climate change projects and policies, he has worked in private sector companies such as Ecosecurities and Engie, promoting investments in renewable energy, clean industry and forestry. In his previous role as head of the Agora Industry program, he developed regulatory solutions to promote climate neutrality in heavy industries such as steel and chemicals. Based on this experience, he is now working with the French group SOLER to explore smart carbon management strategies aimed at achieving climate neutrality in industries that depend on carbon and carbon-based raw materials, with a focus on steel production, ferroalloys, private production and silicon.

Fabiola Sena has a bachelor's, master's and doctorate in electrical engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina. She has worked in the electricity sector for almost 30 years, working for multinationals in the renewable energy and energy trading sectors. She is co-founder of Head Energia, the edtech of the electricity sector, and works as an independent consultant in regulation and the energy market.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and a master's degree in Economics from UFMG. He has been a Legislative Consultant for the Federal Senate in the area of Economics since March 2014. He held the position of Director of Programs at the Executive Secretariat of the Ministry of Mines and Energy between 2016 and 2018. As a Specialist in Public Policy and Government Management (2002-2014), he held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Secretariat for Economic Monitoring (SEAE) of the Ministry of Finance (2008-2014). He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Light S/A (2011-2014), a member of the Board of Directors of the National Department of Transport Infrastructure (2011-2014), a member of the Board of Directors of Empresa de Pesquisa Energética (2011), and a member of the Fiscal Council of Banco da Amazônia S/A (2009-2011). He is a collaborating professor in the MBA courses in the area of regulation offered by the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in Brasília-DF, and has also been a member of the teaching staff of the Specialization course in Infrastructure Policies at the National School of Public Administration (ENAP). He is the author of publications on economic regulation, with an emphasis on the electricity sector and competition defense.

She was director of the Institute for Climate and Society (iCS) and the Brazilian Institute for Consumer Protection (Idec).

An economist by training, he dedicated the first part of his professional life to strategic finance areas in large multinationals such as Unilever, Alcoa and Diageo. He then moved into the Third Sector, giving his work a new focus and promoting an interesting exchange between the experience he gained in the private sector and the reality of the Third Sector. Since then, she has been consolidating her work in Finance and Management in organizations such as IDIS, Instituto Rukha, Junior Achievement, Arapyaú, Serrapilheira and Instituto Escolhas.
